Shipping & Delivery
Every MAISON ADAMO piece is designed for the house and crafted in Italy, then carefully inspected and approved by MAISON ADAMO before beginning its final journey to you.
Dispatch Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days, following a Final Quality Check by MAISON ADAMO.
Worldwide Delivery
MAISON ADAMO offers delivery to selected destinations worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected delivery service.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and the delivery service selected.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and applicable shipping, customs or trade restrictions.
Delivery Options
Depending on your destination, up to two delivery options may be available at checkout.
Standard Delivery — Tracking included. Carrier coverage for loss or damage in transit may be lower than the full retail value of your order.
Fully Insured Delivery — Where offered for your destination. Tracking included, with full-value shipping coverage.
Duties & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
MAISON ADAMO does not pay or reimburse import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges on behalf of the customer.
The recipient is responsible for complying with any customs requirements applicable in the destination country, including providing any information or documentation reasonably required for customs clearance.
Return to Origin (RTO)
An order may be returned to MAISON ADAMO by the carrier or customs authorities where delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the recipient.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to Provide Required Customs Information or Documentation — The recipient fails to provide information or documentation required for customs clearance within the requested timeframe.
Refusal to Pay Import Duties, Taxes or Customs Charges — The recipient declines to pay applicable charges required for import or customs clearance.
Unreachable Recipient / Failure to Accept or Collect Delivery — Delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the recipient cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the parcel within the carrier’s applicable timeframe.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address — The delivery information supplied with the order is incorrect, incomplete or cannot be located, and delivery therefore cannot be completed.
If an order is returned to MAISON ADAMO for any of the reasons above, associated shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refusing delivery, failing to collect an order or refusing to pay applicable import charges does not replace the MAISON ADAMO return procedure.
Where the parcel is successfully returned to MAISON ADAMO, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return and Refund Policy after the returned item has been received and assessed.
Where an order cannot be returned to MAISON ADAMO because it has been seized, abandoned, destroyed or otherwise retained by customs or another competent authority as a consequence of the recipient’s failure to pay applicable import charges or provide required customs information or documentation, MAISON ADAMO may be unable to issue a refund for the order, subject always to applicable mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Returns & Exchanges
MAISON ADAMO honours applicable statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible consumers in the European Union.
